Check-In/Check-Out Policy:
Check-in time is from 2PM onwards. Check-out time is up to 10AM. Check-in before 2PM or check-out after 10AM may incur an additional night's charge at the host's discretion.

Cancellation Policy:
Cancellation within 30 days of arrival date: 50% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 14 days of arrival date: 75% forfeit of the total booking price.
Cancellation within 7 days of arrival date: 100% forfeit of the total booking price.

Payment Policy:
A deposit of 25% of the total is required to secure your reservation. The balance is payable at departure.
